The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.09.2023, case has been registered in Crime No.498 of 2023 against the accused persons. 3.Now, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by way of filing of First Information Report.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
