When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner died and he could not get any instruction from her Legal heirs. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the suit itself dismissed for default and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
