ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.45 of 2012, dated 09.02.2012, on the file of the first respondent police.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that since no interim order was granted by this Court, after
completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudhram, on 14.11.2017 and the same is yet to be taken on file.
3.In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the question of challenging the F.I.R. does not arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
