PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 14394 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.14394 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 19 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 19 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 14394 of 2025 on 17.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed 2/4
against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.14394 of 2025 on 17.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 days on Monday at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.''
