2.The petitioner seeks reissuance of passport. The first respondent has sought Police Clearance Certificate and it is yet to be received. The second respondent is directed to look into the issue and submit his report to the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the Police report, the first respondent will take a call.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
