ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.159 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have stolen three goats belonging to the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and a false case has been foisted against them, hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the accused persons have stolen three goats belonging to the defacto complainant, hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
