This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in P.R.C.No.128 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing nobody is present for representing the case of the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

3.On perusal of the documents, it would reveal that this Court by an order dated 08.02.2018, adjourned this case for the appearance of the victim girl. Even though, the case was posted for several times, no one appear for the victim girl. 4.Accordingly, for the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default.
