CMP(MD). No.7756 of 2024

2. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition for condonation of delay. The only reason assigned by the petitioner is that, due to her ill health, she was unable to contact the trial court counsel to obtain the judgment copies in order to prefer the Second Appeal in time.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the reasons set out, and the fact that the respondents have not chosen to appear to contest the delay application, I am inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the Chief Justice's Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Post for compliance on 30.03.2026.
