PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.1347/A5/2023, by the 4th respondent, dated 26.04.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent to grant permission to fill up the P.G. Assistants posts (Chemistry, Physics, English each 1 post, maths 2 post) and protect the interest of the students of the petitioner school by considering the proposal, dated 08.04.2023. ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an education agency challenging an order passed by the 4th respondent herein, wherein the request for prior approval for appointment of certain teachers has been returned.
2. A perusal of the impugned order indicates that the 4th respondent herein has returned the proposal of the Management only on the ground that the proposal has not been routed through the school Secretary.

3. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that they would resubmit the proposal through the school Secretary.
4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner Education Agency is directed to resubmit the proposal through the school Secretary. In case if it is resubmitted, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of resubmission of the proposal.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
