This petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2023 submitted in person within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the representation made by the petitioner dated 23.06.2023 seeking enforcement of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate cum District Munsif, Thiruppathur, in M.C.No.7 of 2012 was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition. 3.The petitioner can very well file an application for execution of the above said order before the concerned Court itself. There is no necessity to give direction by this Court.
