Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to forward the petitioner's salary proposal from 01.11.2022 till date to the respondents 2 and 3 and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to pay the salary along with arrears.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a B.T Assistant Teacher, who is working in the fifth respondent School which is under the Corporate Management of the fourth respondent seeking a Mandamus for payment of salary from 01.11.2022 onwards.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioner was placed under suspension on 04.04.2022 and the suspension was revoked on 01.11.2022. Though he has joined duty on 01.11.2022, the monthly salaries are yet to be paid from November 2022 onwards. Hence, the present writ petition.

Considering the above said facts, the respondents 4 and 5 herein are directed to forward the salary bill of the writ petitioner to the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in case if they have not forwarded already. On receipt of the said proposal, the respondents 2 and 3 herein are directed to pass orders disbursing the salary within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter from 01.11.2022 onwards.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
