PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry in connection with C.S.R. No. 205/2025 based on the petitioners complaint dated 16.04.2025 within time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in connection with C.S.R. No. 205/2025 based on the petitioners complaint dated 16.04.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that since the petition discloses the matrimonial differences between the petitioner and the third respondent, the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Department and enquiry would be completed within two weeks.

In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and on receipt of the report of the Social Welfare Officer, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
