ORDER

Seeking direction to the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to expedite the trial in L.A.O.P.No.249 of 2019 and complete the proceedings within a period stipulated by this Court, this petition has been filed.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that without any progress the above said petition is pending before the III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, from the year 2019. The learned Government Advocate (Civil), would submit that he has no objection to give a direction to the trial Court.

3.Accordingly, considering the oldness of the matter, there shall be a direction to the trial Court namely the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, to expedite the trial process in L.A.O.P.No. 249 of 2019 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
