Mr.SS.Madhavan, Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. PRAYER : FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL IN CRIME NO.114 OF 2017 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A3 & A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 306 IPC in Crime No.114 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government 1/3

Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that this is second petition for anticipatory bail and already this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, they failed to produce surety in time. Therefore, the petitioners filed the present petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not arrange sureties in time and hence, they filed the present petition.

4.It is admitted fact that once anticipatory bail granted, there is no question of granting another anticipatory bail for the very same case. However, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit to comply with the earlier conditional order passed by this Court. The petitioners shall comply with the earlier conditional order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
