Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner carried out certain civil works for the respondent corporation. The petitioner's bill is yet to be settled.

3. The respondent is directed to settle the petitioner's bill within a period of four months subject to there being no other impediment. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
