ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by Assistant Jailors seeking a Mandamus as against the respondent authorities to consider their objection for the tentative seniority list that was published by the respondents.

2. The first respondent has published the tentative seniority list of the Assistant Jailors on 10.07.2023. The petitioners herein have submitted their objections on 17.07.2023 and 07.12.2023. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the objection is yet to be considered by the first respondent herein. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/4

3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to consider the objection raised by the writ petitioners on 17.07.2023 and 07.12.2023 before finalizing the seniority list of Assistant Jailors.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
