Despite the matter is being posted today i.e on 07.02.2018, for hearing the arguments of the petitioners, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
