ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2 and the learned Government Advocate for R3 & R4.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that natham patta had been illegally issued in favour of the members of a single family. He has submitted representation seeking cancellation of the natham patta.

3. The first respondent is presently seized of the matter. The first respondent is directed to conclude enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2023 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. The first respondent will bear in mind the time line set out in W.P.(MD)No. 2/4

6081 of 2021 vide order dated 13.10.2023. If any private individual is putting up construction without getting formal planning approval, it is the duty of the authorities to prevent the same.
