The petitioner seeks a permission to to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,22,000/- vide transfer from the Indian Bank account of the High Court Branch, Madurai to the petitioner's bank account.

2. It is seen that the petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The said amount has been deposited by the husband as maintenance. Now, the main case itself has been disposed of on 17.10.2023.
