The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order dated 03.06.2010 in R.C.A.No.3 of 2009 on the file of Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Uthamapalayam, confirming the Fair and Decreetal Order passed by the Rent Controller (District Munsiff), Uthamapalayam in R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2005 dated 3.11.2008.

2. Heard both sides.

3.It is represented by both sides that the tenant has vacated the premises and handed over the same to the landlord.

4. In view of the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
