ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Rank Not Known, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 498(A) of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the first petitioner are the husband and wife. The petitioners 2 and 3 are the in-laws of the defacto complainant. On 07.12.2023, at about 11.00 p.m, due to the harassment made by the petitioner, the defacto complainant left the matrimonial home and living with her parents. Hence, the defacto complainant had given a complaint against the petitioners before the respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint given by the defacto complainant is at enquiry stage and there is no First Information Report is registered against the petitioners.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/3
