2. The petitioner wants survey to be conducted.

3. The learned Government Advocate points out that the petitioner is not having patta in her favour. After the petitioner obtains patta in her favour, she can apply to the first respondent for conducting survey.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
