When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is not having patta. As and when the petitioner obtains patta, the petitioner can approach the authorities for conducting survey.

2. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
