The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to consider the representation, dated 04.11.2023.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, by mistake, the revised seniority list, dated 08.08.2022 has not been challenged. Hence, he seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order, dated 08.08.2022.

4. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
