Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the third respondent from conducting enquiry in his proceeding 19.09.2023 in Na.Ka.No.3072/2023/A4 in respect of the land in Survey No.7/2 situated in Othai Alangulam Village, Thirupparamkundram Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2023. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the third respondent had already passed an order on 05.12.2023. It is the specific stand of the third respondent that there is no UDR error in this case. 2.Be that as it may, when the third respondent has already passed an order, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the writ petitioner are left open. 2/4

3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
