ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint of the second respondent.

2.Over the custody of the child, dispute arouse between the petitioner and the second respondent. The petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the second respondent. The husband of the petitioner is no more and the child, aged about 6 years is in under custody of the petitioner. Aggrieved over the same, the second petitioner gave a complaint before the respondent police against the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was conducted. During the course of enquiry, since it is a issue regarding the custody of the child, the second respondent was advised to work out her remedy through civil process and the complaint was closed. 2/4

4. Since it is a issue regarding the custody of the child, the petitioner may work out her remedy through Civil Process in accordance with law.

5.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
