ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed to issue a direction, directing the Respondent Police to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.232 of 2022 dated 7.7.2022 on the file of the Respondent within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending in this case and it will be completed and final report will be filed within a month.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
