This petition is filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crime No.171 of 2012 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.38 of 2013, the respondent police closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact.'
