ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) It is admitted that the unauthorized construction has been put under lock and seal on 17.11.2025. The petitioners' grievance is that the construction itself should be pulled down.

2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the builder has the option of regularizing the same. 3.We direct the local body to grant six months' time from today to the builder to have the construction regularized. If, by then, the builder is unable to obtain regularization or any interim relief from the Court, the building in question shall be demolished.
