ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned I Additional Sub Court, Madurai to dispose the E.P.No.178 of 2021 in O.S.No.59 of 2010 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the judgment reported in 2025 INSC 329 in the case of Periyammal (Dead) through Lrs & Ors. v. V. Rajamani And Anr. Etc.. had held that the Execution Petition initiated be disposed of within a period of six months. In the present case, the Execution Petition, admittedly had been filed in the year 2021 and therefore, there shall be a direction to the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose of the EP.No.178 of 2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
