This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to expedite the trial 1/4
in H.M.O.P. No.86 of 2020 and dispose in a speedy manner within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The facts in brief:
H.M.O.P.No.86 of 2020 is filed seeking a decree of divorce before the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, on the ground of cruelty. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of 4 years, there is no progress in the proceedings. It is also stated that the respondent is wantonly dragging on the matter. On that ground, the petitioner wants the matter to be disposed of at the earliest.
3. On what ground the priority is requested is not mentioned in the petition. However, considering the fact that the petition is filed in the year 2020, there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of H.M.O.P. No. 86 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
