When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
