ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.84 of 2023, dated 12.07.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thangachimadam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram on 16.12.2023, but, it has not been taken on file so far.

3. Since the final report has been filed, there shall be a direction to the Magistrate concerned to process the same within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
