ORDER
The deceased petitioner / plaintiff filed O.S.No.24 of 2005 for the reliefs of declaration and permanent injunction. Pending suit, the 1st respondent / 2nd defendant filed I.A.No.444 of 2010 seeking permission to examine her father-in-law as D.W.2. The Court below allowed the petition, against which, the present revision has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the fatherin-law of the 1st respondent / 2nd defendant died and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is
dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
