ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's father had died due to electrocution. Crime No.460 of 2023 was registered on the file of the Natham Police Station in this regard. The petitioner has applied for disbursement of the compensation.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
