dated 06.06.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequentially directing the 2nd respondent to conduct fresh enquiry and to remove the wrong entry made in Patta No.8896 and to conduct sub-division and to issue patta in respect of Survey Nos.335/1A and 377/4A1 to the extent of 53 cents and 1 Acre respectively situated at Ayyan Pappakudi Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the basis of the letter dated 17.10.2024 given by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the letter dated 17.10.2024 and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
