This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and executable order, dated 27.10.2010 passed in I.A.No.936 of 2007 in O.S.No.42 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk at Madurai.

2. This petition is pending for steps to be taken to bring on record the LR's of the deceased 2nd respondent and it is also verified from the records that steps have not been taken till 12.09.2017.

3. When already there was a direction by this Court on 04.09.2017 to take steps, and today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the Civil Revision Petition is pending from 2011 onwards, this Civil Revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
