ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 18.12.2023 and the requisition letter of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur vide letter in D.No.826, dated 16.11.2024 and of M/s.C.MEENAKSHI RAMAPRABU, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "Extension of time for lower Court at 2.15 p.m.".

2. A letter, dated 16.11.2024, has been received from the learned Additional 1/3

District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputtur seeking extension of time for a period of six months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.107 of 2017.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Judge, time already granted by this Court is extended by a period of six months from today.
