ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order passed in I.A.No.45 of 2009 in O.S.No.365 of 2008, dated 23.11.2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai.

2.I.A.No.45 of 2009 in O.S.No.365 of 2008 was filed by a third party to the suit to implead himself as defendant in the suit. Since, the petition was dismissed, the third party to the suit preferred the above Civil Revision Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is now represented before this Court that the suit filed by the first respondent herein, in O.S.No.365 of 2008 has already been disposed of. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for consideration and no further adjudication is required in this Civil Revision Petition. 4.As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
