PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11124 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 10796 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11124 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.10796 of 2025 dated 04.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 24 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11124 of 2/4

2025 dated 22.08.2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.10796 of 2025 on 04.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners 1 and 2 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11124 of dated 22.08.2025 CRL.OP.(MD)No.10796 of 2025 on 04.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the "petitioners 1 and 2 shall before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". As far as the third petitioner is concerned "the third petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
