This Civil Revision Petition is filed to expeditiously dispose the petition in I.D.O.P.No.740 of 2023 on the file of the learned Family court, Madurai.

2. Considering the limited relief that is being granted, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has filed the petition in I.D.O.P.No.740 of 2023 before the learned Family Court, Madurai, as early as in the year 2023, which is still pending, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the I.D.O.P.No.740 of 2023 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
