ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Tahsildar, Veerakeralampudhur has filed an affidavit of compliance. Paragraph Nos.5 & 6 of the affidavit reads as follows:- "5. I respectfully submit that the above encroachments removed as per law in force by way of under Section 7 notice was issued on 21.12.2023 and opportunity was given to the encroachers. Under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 notice was issued to the encroachers. The above mentioned encroachments were removed on 20.01.2024.

a. In S.No.462/6, the above paddy and bore well located and the same was removed properly.

b. In S.No.531/1, the above 14 coconut trees were removed and replanted by the encroachers. Cattle shed also removed. The cart tract was restored as per the revenue record. c. In S.No.542/1, the above sesame seeds plants were removed properly.

6. I respectfully submit that this Court ordered dated 23.11.2022 was duly complied with all respective S.Nos. As of now, there is no encroachments and it was removed properly as per law."
