The petitioner seeks to transfer the investigation in Crime No.568 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to another competent investigation agency.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's daughter died in suspicious circumstances in her matrimonial home and that inspite of the registration of the FIR on 17.09.2024 for the offences under Sections 194 BNSS, corresponding to Section 174 of Cr.P.C, no effective action has been taken so far.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the statements of 8 witnesses have been recorded and the viscera report is awaited. 4.In the light of the above submission, this Court finds no reason to transfer the investigation at this stage. However, the respondents shall conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this first order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
