ORDER

This revision petition is of the year 2011. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the registered letter sent to the petitioner was returned with an endorsement 'left' and hence, they reported no instructions. He also filed the returned cover alongwith the memo. Considering the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no purpose would be served, even if this Court orderes notice. was ordered and her name was also printed in the cause list. It appears that the parties have no interest in prosecuting the matter further.

Hence, instead of keeping this matter pending unnecessarily, this Court is inclined to close the same. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
