This civil revision petition has been filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanoor to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.52 of 2005 within a stipulated time.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / plaintiffs would submit that the suit has already been disposed of by the Court below. 3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
