For petitioner : Mr.C.Suresh Kannan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi for R1 Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent herein to comply with the order passed u/s. 156(3) Cr.P.C. by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, Trichy District, in Cr.M.P.No.2980 of 2023 dated 02.12.2023. 2.It is submitted that by the order dated 02.12.2023, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, had issued a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR and file a report after investigation. In spite of the same, the respondent police has not complied the above said order. Hence, this petition. 3.Let the enquiry be completed by the respondent police in pursuance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report before the concerned Court without any unnecessary delay. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
