Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order and decreetal order made in I.A, No.169 of 2010 in A.S.No.27 of 2010 dated 16.11.2010 on the file of Sub Court, Paramakudi ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 03.07.2019 and the requisition letter of the Subordinate Judge, Mudukulathur vide letter in D.No.485 dated 03.07.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Suresh Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. G.Gomathi Sankar, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2010.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 03.07.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2010 within a period of six months.

3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the petition owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further six months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the Sub Court for disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2010 subject to Covid-19 regulations, which are being issued from time to time for holding the court. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
