COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both revisions would submit that the matter has become infructuous and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these civil revision petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the abovesaid submission and the endorsement so made, these civil revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
