ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given an application before the respondent on 20.10.2023. The respondent had issued notice and had already held an enquiry also.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that it is the Revenue Divisional Officer who has to pass the order. The respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and submit his report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanadhapuram within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanadhapuram shall pass final order in the matter within a period of eight weeks thereafter. I make it clear that the interested parties will have to be put on notice. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
