JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N. ANAND VENKATESH, J.) This appeal was filed against the judgment in HMOP No.254 of 2022 dated 25.09.2023, wherein, the family Court had dissolved the marriage between the appellant and the respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant and the respondent are now living together as husband and wife and hence, the judgment passed by the family court may be set aside by recording the said fact.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the judgment of the family Court, Tirunelveli in HMOP No.254 of 2022 dated 25.09.2023 is set aside and the appeal is disposed of.
